The man known as Evil Dr. Prosciutto is a former Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine, who trained in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the country, and the world. After turning computer nerd, the Evil Dr. still had the itch to get back into the kitchen, and this blog is the fruits of his labor. He would like to tell you Dr. Prosciutto was cryogenically frozen in 1978 because his culinary genius was just too far ahead of it’s time, and his political views on Fondue were just just too dangerous for the 70’s. Now thawed and active again, the Dr. got his cooking on, then got his nerd on, and is now back to getting his cooking on. In reality, he’s just got an overactive imagination.
